Spokane Valley Concrete & Masonry provides residential and commercial masonry contracting services in and around Spokane Valley, WA. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, driveway pavers, and related masonry work.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, permitting requirements, and the specific terms of a written agreement or signed estimate between Spokane Valley Concrete & Masonry and the client.
All estimates provided by Spokane Valley Concrete & Masonry are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including an in-person site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Pricing is subject to change if the scope of work changes after an estimate is issued, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during the work, or if material costs change significantly. Any change to the original estimate will be communicated to the client in writing before additional work proceeds.
Phone and email inquiries do not constitute a binding estimate. A binding estimate requires an in-person site visit and a written, signed agreement.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit timelines, and weather conditions. Spokane Valley Concrete & Masonry will communicate the expected start date as clearly as possible, but start dates are subject to change due to factors outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to a restocking or partial payment charge as specified in your written agreement.
Spokane Valley Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms are specified in each written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid by the due date specified in the project agreement may be subject to a late payment fee as outlined in that agreement. Spokane Valley Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to suspend or cease work on a project if payment obligations are not met.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Questions about payment should be directed to hi@spokanevalleymasonry.com.
For projects requiring a building permit, Spokane Valley Concrete & Masonry will apply for the permit through the appropriate jurisdiction on behalf of the client. Permit fees are typically passed through to the client and noted in the project estimate.
